We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your package arrives safely and promptly. Here are our shipment details:

1. Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days after they are confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods
Our courier partners include FedEx, UPS, and GLS, which regularly provide door-to-door delivery services. If you are not available at your address, the carrier will leave the package at a nearby collection point for 7 days.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, and weight of the order.
- Free shipping is available for orders over €300 within Europe.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $400 worldwide.

4. Import Taxes and Duties
Our shipments originate from Europe or the UAE. All shipments will undergo customs clearance in the destination country. Customs duties and taxes may apply; these charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that all customers check their country's import rules, duties, and taxes prior to placing an order.

5. Change of Address
If the customer needs to change their shipping address, please do so before the order is processed. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
