RETURN & REFUND

1. Return Eligibility  
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, without any signs of use, abuse, or misuse.

2. Return Process  
Items must be returned to us via Certified Mail to ensure tracking and security.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp 

3. Refund Details  
Once the product is confirmed as eligible for return, we will process your refund, excluding shipping costs.
Customers are advised to ensure secure delivery of returned goods.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of the refund request.

4. Exchange and Non-Acceptance  
Products unsuitable for resale due to packaging change, misuse, alterations, or damage will be returned to the customer.
For exchanges related to size or color, please contact us.
Note that duties, taxes, and other applicable fees may apply during exchanges.

5. Custom-Made Items  
Custom-made items cannot be refunded or exchanged, as they are crafted specifically at your request.

6. Condition of Returned Items  
Items must be in the original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.
Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

7. Refund Method  
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
Please note that it may take some days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges  
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
If the return is accepted due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

9. Damaged or Faulty Items  
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos showing the damage or defect for prompt resolution.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
